The meals ranges are: Arabic Meals, European Meals, Halal Asian Meals and Oriental Meals. These meals are tailored for a range of classes such as: Economy Class, Business Class and First Class meals. Our network of distribution for these meals is into Europe, We work closely with AlphaL.SG who are ground handlers for customer service to airline catering. We distribute meals to all UK airports.

We have a fantastic range of chefs and executive chef at Medina who work closely with the Airline chefs to develop a tailor made
range of meals to suit the needs of the airline passengers. Our meals have undergone several tasting sessions and evaluations from
airline chefs before it has reached the airline passengers, making it a delightful experience for the passengers

Food Safety & Quality

Medina Food Group Ltd take Food Safety & Quality very seriously. All our chicken and meat meals are certified Halal by the Halal Monitoring Board. We also certify our fish as well as certified processes and procedures. A thorough Health and Safety Assessment of the premises is undertaken three times yearly to ensure a safe and secure working environment for ail the staff and chefs. We are also at an ‘A’ standard in BRC Global Standards for continuous years. This means our operations and food safety exceed legal obligations and the end customer is fully protected. All our meals produced are accompanied with a product specification for each meal and the 14 allergens are declared to prevent customers being at risk of food allergy.
